1. Object

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the website Lutains (https://lutains.com), the Lutains application (https://app.lutains.com), and the purchase of landing page audit services provided by Yoanna Juille, Sole Proprietorship (Micro-Entreprise), registered in France (the "Provider"). Any reference to "we," "us," or "our" throughout these Terms refers to the Provider.

The Service is performed by Yoanna Juille and Aymeric Aveline. Aymeric Aveline does not hold the legal status of partner or co-publisher.

2. Description of Services

The Service ("Lutains Landing Page Audit") is a manual landing page audit designed to help Indie Hackers and SaaS founders improve their landing page conversion rates. The Service operates as follows:

  1. Drop your URL: The User provides their landing page URL and, optionally, a description of the conversion issue to address.
  2. Audit: The Provider stress-tests the User's offer against Reddit discussions, conducts a manual UX and copy roast of the landing page (performed by Yoanna and Aymeric), and includes two (2) Hero section rewrites. Reddit research is supported by Tim, the Provider's agentic CRO engine.
  3. Delivery: Within 48 hours maximum, the User receives access to a private interactive Lutains dashboard including:
    • An interactive pin-by-pin visual roast of the landing page,
    • Two (2) human expert reviews (Yoanna and Aymeric),
    • Reddit-backed buyer verbatims,
    • Two (2) Hero section rewrites,
    • A comprehensive offer and positioning critique.

Optional add-ons may be purchased or opted into as displayed on the website at the time of order:

  • Interactive Roast Q&A: a 7-day private async consulting channel inside the dashboard, currently offered at $49, subject to change.
  • Complete rewrite: if the User opts in, the Provider may implement the recommended fixes. Price as displayed or quoted at the time of order.
  • Dedicated X Showcase: selected audits may be featured in a dedicated public post to the Provider's builder audience on X, subject to the User's prior consent (see Section 5).

Access to the dashboard may require the User to create an account on https://app.lutains.com. The Provider reserves the right to adjust availability and pricing as displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Price: As displayed on the website at the time of order (currently $149 per Standard audit; Interactive Roast Q&A currently +$49). Prices are subject to change.
  • Payment: Processed securely via Stripe. Full payment is required to confirm the booking. Payment is one-time; the Service is not a subscription.
  • No Refunds: Due to the digital and immediately-performed nature of the Service (see Section 6), all sales are final once the audit process has begun, except as provided under the "No Audience, No Pay" guarantee below.
  • No Audience, No Pay: If the Provider's Reddit research uncovers no relevant discussions, buyer objections, or communities for the User's niche, the Provider will refund 100% of the payment.

4. User Responsibilities & Warranties

  • Input Data: The User warrants that they own or otherwise have the right to submit the URL and content provided for analysis.
  • Accuracy of Information: The User is responsible for providing an accurate description of the conversion issue to be addressed. The relevance of the audit depends on the quality of the information submitted.

5. Dedicated X Showcase

The Dedicated X Showcase is not automatic and is not a guaranteed deliverable. Selected audits may be featured in a dedicated public post to the Provider's builder audience on X. The Provider will not publish the User's name, logo, product, or testimonial without the User's prior consent. The User may decline this option at any time without any impact on the price or delivery of the core Service.

6. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

IMPORTANT: In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the User acknowledges and expressly agrees, prior to payment, that the Service constitutes digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the performance of which begins immediately upon booking confirmation.
THEREFORE, BY COMPLETING PAYMENT, THE USER EXPRESSLY WAIVES THEIR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CONSENTS TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: The final copy, wireframe recommendations, and Hero section rewrites produced specifically for the User's product belong to the User upon full payment.
  • Provider's IP: The underlying audit methodology, the interactive Lutains dashboard, Tim and related analysis technologies, and all proprietary tools or templates used to produce the audit remain the exclusive property of the Provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Market Data: Reddit-based research is partly automated, including through Tim. The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of data scraped from external sources.
  • Results: The Provider does not guarantee specific financial results (MRR increase, conversion rate improvements) resulting from the implementation of the audit's recommendations.
  • Implementation: The User is solely responsible for implementing the recommendations provided in the audit. An optional complete rewrite, if purchased, does not constitute a guarantee of conversion results.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. For business users, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the Courts of Limoges. This clause does not affect the legal rights of consumers to bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
